Eric Holder’s Brainwashing Against Guns

Yesterday, Breitbart.com revealed exclusive video of then-U.S. Attorney Eric Holder speaking to the Woman’s National Democratic Club, stating that he wanted to “brainwash” people against gun ownership.

The video reveals Attorney General Holder’s early, consistent, and strident enthusiasm for gun control legislation. He wanted schools to talk about anti-gun propaganda “every day, every school, and every level.”

What is more amazing is the more politicians are not calling for Eric Holder’s termination. Our 2nd Amendment rights are critical to our freedoms.

The United Nations Wants Your Guns

The UN’s  ”Small Arms Treaty” has a lot of support in Washington, D.C.  The article below shows how once again our government will put the UN’s agenda ahead of our constitution.

The United Nations seemingly has it out for Americans’ Second Amendment-guaranteed rights as it continues to promote its “Small Arms Treaty.” The pact has already riled many gun owners as well as lawmakers such as Kentucky’s Republican Senator Rand Paul. The most recent attack against the treaty was launched by Larry Bell of Forbes magazine, who published an editorial about it yesterday.

According to Bell, the treaty, if ratified by the U.S. Senate, would force the United States to do the following:

• Enact tougher licensing requirements, creating additional bureaucratic red tape for legal firearms ownership.

• Confiscate and destroy all “unauthorized” civilian firearms (exempting those owned by our government, of course).

• Ban the trade, sale and private ownership of all semi-automatic weapons (any that have magazines even though they still operate in the same one trigger pull — one single “bang” manner as revolvers, a simple fact the ant-gun media never seem to grasp).

• Create an international gun registry, clearly setting the stage for full-scale gun confiscation.

In short, Bell said, the treaty would override our national sovereignty, in the process giving license to the federal government to assert preemptive powers over state regulatory powers guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment in addition to our Second Amendment rights.

Bell contended that while the purported intent of the treaty is to combat terrorism and insurgencies, the measure will actually target “our Constitutional right for law-abiding citizens to own and bear arms.”

If signed, the treaty would give the Obama administration the opportunity to impose harsher domestic gun-control laws, such as more difficult licensing requirements and other increased regulations. Bell reported that the treaty would also create an “international gun registry” and allow the confiscation and destruction of “all unauthorized civilian firearms,” severely infringing upon Second Amendment rights.

It is worth noting that there is strong support for the treaty in the Obama administration, which in 2010 endorsed the UN Arms Treaty Resolution (along with 152 other nations), which establishes a 2012 conference that will draft a blueprint for enactment. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has already pledged to advocate for ratification with the U.S. Senate.

Former UN Ambassador John Bolton has already warned gun owners about the initiative, asserting that the UN is “trying to act as though this is really just a treaty about international arms trade between nation states, but there is no doubt that the real agenda here is domestic firearms control.”

Obama to Pass Global Gun Ban

Passing this along… our Founding Fathers knew the 2nd Amendment was the only protection we would have should it come to tyranny!  (No need to use their fax or shell out money to them, just providing this info about the UN.)

The Fate Of Your Guns Lies In The Hand Of A Liberal Gun-Grabber

Greg Nickels has a long history of strong-arming laws that crush the Second Amendment. Nichols is a founding member of Mayors Against Illegal Guns, an organization of city mayors that promotes tougher federal, state and local gun regulation.

Mayors Against Illegal Guns uses Chicago-style politics to push their radical anti-gun agenda. This organization is pushing for a slew of uber-restrictive gun laws.

Nichols previously authored Seattle’s failed attempt to override the Washington State firearms preemption statute. The statute declares only states can pass gun laws. I guess Nichols believes he knows what is best.

Obama said he wouldn’t take away our guns. I wouldn’t believe Obama if he said it’s cold in Minnesota. Given Nickels anti-Second Amendment past, it’s not a question of if Nickels will push the Arms Trade Treaty, it’s when.

Obama has already stacked the courts with anti-gun zealots. Now he wants to pull a fast one on America by infiltrating the UN with gun-grabbers. Obama is hoping Americans aren’t paying attention to his sneaky moves. We need the help of patriots like you to expose Obama’s gun ban scheme.

The UN wants to make all firearms subject to international law. The Arms Trade Treaty could:

• Prohibit firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public.
• Prohibit any transfer of firearm ownership.
• Require US citizens to deliver any banned firearms they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.
• Require micro-stamping on all guns.
• Destruction of “excess” firearms.

STOP PASSAGE OF H.R. 5175  and  S.3295: named - “D.I.S.C.L.O.S.E.” – “Democracy is Strengthened by Casting Light on Spending in Elections”

Sen. Schumer (D-NY) said proudly, “We have designed this proposal so it can take effect by 2010, in every way.”

D.I.S.C.L.O.S.E. IS MEANT TO SILENCE GRASSROOTS IN 2010 ELECTIONS: Grassroots will be forced to disclose their membership list to the U.S. Government if they choose to advertise or campaign against incumbent Progressives.  Sound far-fetched?  Progressives know it won’t pass the Supreme Court’s review – but by then November elections will be history. NRA’s Wayne LaPierre called Citizens United “a defeat for arrogant elitists.” But look who’s elitist now? Under the NRA deal in the House bill, the new rules won’t apply to the NRA – and in exchange for the special carve-out – the NRA has agreed to throw grassroots groups like Tea Parties and 9/12ers under the bus because the NRA no longer opposes passage of D.I.S.C.L.O.S.E.

2. THE GULF OIL SPILL…demand that a blanket Jones Act Waiver be signed immediately.    Demand that the US accept every offer of help and tell the help to come now. That includes the ships from the Dutch, UK, the skimmers in Texas, get the booms in Maine and what ever else is in this country that can help, get to the gulf now.  Demand that the administration be fully engaged in the clean up and stop trying to push energy programs.  They can change the name, but it is still the same..Cap and Trade.  Lift the moratorium on the oil rigs…inspect them, but let them open up now.
