Son of Hamas Founder Mosab Hassan Yousef: “Hamas a Terrorist Organization With Humanitarian Face”
From TellMeNowMedia: 7-30-14 – ( Fox News – Sean Hannity ) – The son of the founder of Hamas was on “Hannity” tonight to discuss the conflict in Gaza. “Hamas is not a national organization and it’s not a humanitarian organization. Hamas is a terrorist organization with a humanitarian face to it,” Mosab Hassan Yousef said. Yousef said that Hamas has hijacked the Palestinian cause to push its political and religious ideological agendas. He said Hamas wants to destroy the state of Israel and any country that does not believe in its ideology. “My family paid a high price for the sake of Hamas, for the sake of Palestine, and I grew up witnessing all the bloodshed and the dirty politics behind it,” he said on why he is speaking out against Hamas.
“The children of Gaza remind me of myself 20 years ago, how we were crying in the streets, not knowing what’s going on, and the politicians were sending us to death, and they were encouraging more people to die because if the people of Gaza and the children of Gaza stop to die, many people will be out of business,” he said.
Yousef said that he hopes President Barack Obama will make a hard decision and show leadership. He said Hamas must be disarmed to stop future wars.
For those of you who involved with fighting Common Core and hope to make a difference this may be an option.
From Billie Tucker, Past President of First Coast Tea Party:
Hi all: Let me introduce you to Jerry Merckel. He is a tea party member and has been with us since the first day we came together on 4/15/09. The difference between most of us in the tea party and Jerry himself is this…He’s a college professor at UNF and is a CONSERVATIVE! Not many of them around.
His presentation is about the Educational system and how we can finally do something about it instead of just beating our heads against the wall. A new program has been formed to help local groups form a Classical Charter School in their community. Classical Charter Schools are not private. They are part and parcel of the local school system. They pay us to provide the school. Classical schools advance the ideals of Liberty. Something our schools are not doing now.
I am on the board of a group helping form these charter schools. Jerry Merckel is also on this board along with Bill Korach of The Report Card. We have partnered with Hillsdale College and this will help us fight the Common Core issue we are so opposed to.
Jerry will be available to speak to any of your groups about this idea. Education is the key to Liberty and we hold the key — we just need to turn it in the right direction. Contact me if you are interested in having Jerry speak or if you want to know more about setting up a Charter school in your community.
All for Liberty…
The Republican head of the Benghazi Select Committee warned Tuesday that no witnesses would be off limits in its upcoming probe and that he would consider going to court, if necessary, to compel testimony.
“I can’t skip over a witness that I think we ought to talk to simply because there is an assertion of either privilege or immunity,” Chairman Trey Gowdy of South Carolina told Fox News in an exclusive interview.
He said that while he has received good cooperation to date, and the issue had not yet arisen, “if you mean to say that ‘not only can they not talk, they don’t have to come,’ you have to litigate that.” Read more at foxnews.com.
Using the Veteran Affairs debacle as an excuse progressive House Republicans are growing government YET AGAIN! SHOCKER!
“This is how House Republicans want to fix the VA situation. Only it won’t actually fix the problems. It just spends massive amounts of money to bandaid the problems. As Daniel Horowitz notes, “Total VA spending has increased by 56% to $152 billion since 2009, yet the crisis has only gotten worse.” The House Republicans’ solution is to spend even more.”
What are we being told time and time again? That small business is the engine of our country. But this is fast waning as small businesses struggle to survive under crushing regulations and taxes. Now another threat confronts them: the National Labor Relations Board.
“Big Labor has put a lot of time and money behind unionizing the fast food industry but hasn’t had much to show for it so far. They might soon get a lucky break though when a federal government agency decides a case that could rewrite corporate franchising law.
The problem Big Labor has is that in most cases your favorite drive-through burger joint is actually a locally owned small business. About 80 percent of the 12,700 McDonald’s restaurants in the U.S., for example, are not owned by the corporation.”
“An upcoming National Labor Relations Board case involving complaints against McDonald’s may fix that problem for unions. The NLRB might decide that both the parent corporation and the local franchises are in fact joint employers.”
This is an opportunity to make yourself heard regarding the environmental issues surrounding the GRU biomass plant. See below.
The Gainesville Renewable Energy Center has caused environmental problems and
concerns to residents of Turkey Creek, Hague and other nearby communities. Those
problems include noise, odors, particulates, fugitive dust, truck traffic (with
debris spillage onto the highway) and toxins.
Due to citizen efforts, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection has
scheduled a public meeting regarding the draft GREC air permit on Aug. 5 at 7
p.m. at the Gainesville Police Department, 545 NW Eighth Ave. Citizens can speak
to Florida DEP’s technical staff and submit oral and/or written statements and
data that will be considered prior to Florida DEP making a final decision on the
Those of us who live in Alachua County are very familiar with the progressive mantra: it’s not our money funding bike paths and multi-use trails, it’s Federal money! One of my personal favorites: we’re not allowed to repave the road, these dollars are for bike trails ONLY! And so it goes on and on. Unfortunately as the esteemed Margaret Thatcher said: the problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people’s money. Alachua County is certainly not the only community spending federal tax dollars frivolously. Read the full article for the chuckle of the day.
“A looming shortfall in the federal highway trust fund threatens to dramatically cut the amount of money states get from the federal government for road and highway maintenance. But even as some policymakers examine the possibility of raising taxes to boost revenues, a review of federally-funded transportation projects in Wisconsin finds that federal money has been spent on things like bicycle paths, archeological research, and beautification projects, among other things.”
“Because of these federal mandates defining what the money must be spent on, state and local transportation policymakers have less control over funding priorities. In some cases, the choice is to either use the federal money for a specific purpose or lose it altogether.”
“The Israelis want peace. The only way they will obtain it is to make waging war against them too painful to sustain.” – Alan Caruba

On Sunday, July 27, Eleanor Cliff, a member of The McLaughlin Group panel, referred to Israel’s “disproportionate” response to the thousands of rockets and missiles that Hamas has been firing at its citizens for months, if not years.
This is a common criticism of Israel, but it is far easier to make if you are living safely somewhere other than Israel and not being awakened by alarm sirens at 5 A.M. with just a little time to make it to a bomb shelter. [Emphasis mine]
Ms. Cliff was hardly alone. In Great Britain, the Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, in contrast to Prime Minister David Cameron, also declared Israel’s response to Hamas as a “disproportionate form of collective punishment” on the citizens of Gaza.
On July 26 The Times of Israel reported that “Thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters marched in London and Paris on Saturday, calling out against Israel’s military operation in the Hamas-controlled Palestinian enclave. Read more at factsnotfantasy.blogspot.com.
FINALLY, Erick Erickson, an astute political analyst who embraces our values, realizes that Obama is not a bumbling incompetent but a conniving man with a mission, that being the subjugation of American citizens and wealth to a consortium of international interests wanting to control our society. Conspiracy? Yes, to a point. But the destruction of our way of life extends beyond Obama to a spoiled, complacent citizenry more than willing to sacrifice freedom for the promise of unearned goodies.
“For the longest time I have chosen to chalk our President’s stumbles, bumbles, and disasters up to incompetence. He is in over his head. He is inexperienced. He is out of his league. It is hard to accept otherwise. But it is clearer and clearer that is not true. It is clear that President Obama’s disastrous policies are premised not in incompetence, but in maliciousness. Our President — and he is our President — is not a stumbler and a bumbler”
While preparing to shoot pool with Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, President Obama tried to justify his refusal to visit the US/Mexico border by saying that he is “not interested in photo opps.” Well here are 68 of those photo opps that he is not interested in.

No doubt this will probably make it all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court but bit by bit gun ban activists continue to lose.
From Bizpac Review-
A federal judge ruled Saturday that the nation’s capital’s ban on carrying guns outside the home is unconstitutional, dealing a serious blow to the gun grabbing crowd.
In a landmark decision, Judge Frederick Scullin Jr. wrote in Palmer v. District of Columbia, “there is no longer any basis on which this court can conclude that the District of Columbia’s total ban on the public carrying of ready-to-use handguns outside the home is constitutional under any level of scrutiny,” Fox News reported.
Things have gotten so bad that Detroit residents are fighting over the only thing more urgently necessary than food and weapons when nature reclaims its authority over civilization.
Even gasoline and fire can be lived without. But not water.
Wars have been fought over it and civilizations have ceased for the lack of it. And so the battle rages in Detroit as the once-great civilization slips into chaos.
