There is only one way to avoid criticism: do nothing, say nothing, and be nothing.
Thursday of this week you voted in the Senate to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline?
Congratulations. Other than to pander to a microscopic percentage of Americans who simply don’t like progress and energy production, there remains not one reasonable excuse not to build this pipeline — even if it produces only a handful of jobs. Barack Obama said he’ll veto the approval. So what?
Earlier this week, Speaker John Boehner invited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to speak before a joint session of Congress to address the threat Iran poses against his country and the rest of the (not just free) world? The threats from Ojarrett were palpable (“There will be a price”), and Obama has petulantly refused to meet with Bibi while the Jewish leader is here. Obama has also sent a delegation of political operatives to Israel to compromise Netanyahu’s election in the next couple weeks. Not good, but so what?
Congressman Trey Gowdy (SC) is taking a hammer to the wall of lies surrounding events that occurred on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya? Everyone on the Left seems to have put up roadblocks to keep the American people from learning the truth, and don’t show signs of stopping. So what? Read more HERE.

I have both a confession and a strong suggestion to make.
First, the confession: I’m not interested in being an ordinary Republican anymore.
Don’t get me wrong. All my political heroes are still in the GOP—Ted Cruz, Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Trey Gowdy, Jim Jordan, you know the drill. But, like many people, I am disappointed in the so-called “establishment” GOP. However, I’m not willing to jump to the baby-killer, anti-family, huge government party (Democrats). And I’m not bonkers enough to buy the “not a dime’s worth of difference between them” tinfoil hat line.
But after much soul-searching and research, I have discovered what I really am. And it’s time to shout it from the rooftops, unashamed to be true to myself. With apologies to Jim McGreevey, I hereby declare “my truth”:
I am a proud 1866 Radical Republican American. Read more HERE.

Erick Erickson a Conservative pundit and editor of the blog RedState, guest hosted the Rush Limbaugh show on Tuesday. He covered many topics and in a segment during the third hour, he spoke about the landmark Supreme Court decision, known as Citizens United. This ruling opened up anonymous funding of political campaigns. This ruling has outraged the Progressives who are fighting tooth and nail for its repeal.
In this audio clip, Erickson explains, in a manner that even some Democrats might understand, how Citizens United really helps “the little guy.”

Senator Sessions, Chairman of the Senate Immigration Subcommittee, questioned Attorney General Nominee Loretta Lynch at today’s Judiciary hearing to consider her nomination. Sessions asked Lynch about the President’s decision to bypass Congress to order a sweeping amnesty, and how this action undermined the rights of disadvantaged American workers.
In addition to suspending enforcement for nearly all of the 12 million individuals unlawfully present in the United States, President Obama issued an executive decree on November 20th, 2014, extending work permits, Social Security, Medicare, tax credits, and government identification to 5 million illegal immigrants and illegal visa violators. This would allow illegal immigrants to take any job in America, regardless of chronic high unemployment for Americans—including a 10.4 percent unemployment rate for African-American workers. Peter Kirsanow, a member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, explained—contra AG Holder’s “breathtaking” contention that amnesty was a civil right—that unlawful amnesty for illegal immigrants violated the rights of U.S. citizens to the full protection of their laws, including those laws passed by Congress to protect their jobs and wages from illegal competition. The President’s executive edict (an edict he said previously only an Emperor would deign to issue) voids Americans’ legal protections in law, supplanting them with a new executive policy that Congress and voters have rejected, a policy which forces unemployed Americans to compete against a large and growing illegal workforce.

During Wednesday’s White House press briefing, ABC News’ Jonathan Karl engaged Deputy Press Secretary Eric Schultz in a line of questioning related to the Obama Administration’s release of five high ranking Taliban terrorists from the detainee center at Guantanamo Bay in exchange for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.
Karl was pressing Schultz to explain the White House position on not negotiating with ISIS terrorists for the release of American hostages while at the same time, negotiating with the Taliban to release Bergdahl. Schultz explained that there was no inconsistency in policy because the Taliban was not a terrorist group. He called them an “armed insurgency.” Read more at truthrevolt.org.
Boehner breaks protocal? Boehner breaks protocal? Are you kidding?

By Thomas Rose, Breitbart
Just days after the Obama White House accused House Speaker John Boehner of “breaking protocol” by inviting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to address a joint session of Congress, a team of up to five Obama campaign operatives has reportedly arrived in Israel to lead a campaign to defeat the Israeli Prime Minister in upcoming national elections scheduled for March 17.
As Jerusalem Post columnist and putative Knesset candidate Caroline Glick reported on her Facebook page, “Obama won’t meet Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington when he addresses the Joint Houses of Congress in March because of Netanyahu’s visit’s proximity to the Israeli elections. And Obama, of course believes in protocol and propriety which is why he won’t get involved.” And yet, Glick adds, “He’s just sending his 2012 field campaign manager to Israel to run a campaign to defeat Netanyahu.” Read more at breitbart.com.

If you had told me, in the halcyon days of 2008, that the school lunches could possibly get any more vile, I would have said you were lying. That, sadly, was before recess nutrition became the pet project of our first lady, and things took a turn for the worse.
Now, the only way to get your child out of the mephitic trash that appears on their plates every lunch period is to pack your lunch themselves. However, even that can get you in trouble, as this doctor found out. Continue reading at conservativetribune.com.

Republican lawmakers in the House and Senate have unveiled legislation that would require broadband providers to follow some Net neutrality principles, but would also prevent the Federal Communications Commission from enacting more stringent rules.
The draft bill, released late last week, would restrict broadband providers in at least three key ways: It would prohibit broadband providers from blocking or degrading content, while also banning them from charging companies higher fees for faster delivery. The proposed bill also specifies that the restrictions apply equally to wireline and wireless providers. Read more at mediapost.com.
The Republicans won a strong majority in November. They should have used their power of the purse to stop Obama’s fundamental transformation of America. But what did they do? They funded Obamacare, they funded executive amnesty. Maybe the RINOS in the House and Senate carry purses.
Congratulations to Blaise Ingoglia, the newly elected Chair of the RPOF, a leadership change that holds great promise for the Republican Party of Florida to make its way back to the party’s traditional values of limited government, a value too often ignored in the past several decades.
Why are we allowing a double standard for Muslims?
“Barack Obama has used the powers of his office to protect and promote Islam. Examples abound:”
“Why is Islam privileged above all other religions? Who bears responsibility? Why has criticism of Islam has become a rhetorical no-go zone? Why is militant Islam on the march throughout the world, including America? The march is fueled by privileges granted to no other group.
