Who would have ever thought that the Federal Government would rather release prisoners as opposed to cutting a federal employee’s job?

The Associated Press has learned that the Homeland Security Department official in charge of the agency’s immigration enforcement and removal operations has resigned after hundreds of illegal immigrants were released from jails because of government spending cuts.

To me, this is one of many good things that the seqester will bring about. What people should be outraged about is that we are housing illegal immigrants at government expense. I don’t see a problem here. The mexicans are here to work for dirt cheap wages so that we Americans can eat cheaply. this is a good thing. The sequester is going to save us a certain percentage off the cost to taxpayers of keeping track of all this cheap labor. Hopefully, it won’t be long before there is NO money for keeping track of a bunch of near slave wage workers that make our lives more comfortable and less expensive. We should be worried about criminals, not near free workers.

I wondering just how long, even the liberals, will tolerate this sorry excuse for a President we have? Liberals will not even admit it when Obama just outright lies to the public, as he has repeatedly, and publicly, done about his personal role in this sequester nonsense. What makes these people willing to ignore such dishonesty?

  3. We need a spending freeze across the board. We should only continue with essential spending. After all, if it’s not absolutely necessary, why are we spending money on it? Our children are getting further in debt before they are even born…

  4. The White House and Janet Napolitano not knowing about the illegal aliens being released is like Eric Holder not knowing about Fast and Furious.

Just ask Brian Terry’s parents what THEY think.

Today, I swung my front door wide open and placed my Remington 870 shotgun right in the doorway. I gave it 6 shells, and since it had no legs, I placed it in my wheelchair—-to help it get around. I then left my shotgun alone in the wheelchair and went about my business. (New knees and hips allow that). While I was gone, the mail lady delivered the mail, the neighbor boy did some pre-spring yard work, a girl walked her dog down the street, a few runners and walkers passed the house, and quite a few cars slowed almost to a stop

going over the speed hump in front of our house.
After about an hour, I checked on the gun. It was still sitting in the wheelchair with the unused shells, right where I had left it. It hadn’t rolled itself outside, and certainly hadn’t killed anyone, even with the numerous opportunities presented to do so. In fact, it hadn’t even loaded itself. Well you can imagine my surprise, with all the media hype about how dangerous guns are and how they kill people. Either the media is wrong, and it’s the misuse of guns by PEOPLE, that kills people, or I’m in possession of the laziest gun in the world.
Well, I’m off to check on my forks and spoons. I’ve heard they’re making people fat.
